Why Do I Have to Pay for Clipped Coupons?
For the clipped coupon benefit, there are limitations, rules, and restrictions regarding their redemption. Because these coupons must be hand-clipped and personally mailed to you, there is a small processing fee associated with clipped coupons orders in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the face value of the coupon, plus a flat fee of seventy five cents ($0.75) per order. For example, a $1.00 off Coca Cola coupon has a face value of $1.00. If you ordered ten (10) of the $1.00 off Coca Cola coupons, the processing fee would be ten percent (10%) of the face value of the coupons, or $1.00, plus the flat fee of seventy five cents ($0.75), for a total cost to the customer of one dollar and seventy five cents ($1.75). You would then be able to take those coupons to the store and save $10.00 of your Coca Cola purchase. Plus, as a courtesy, My Grocery Dough, in fulfilling that Coca Cola coupon order, will also add the value of the processing fee (in this example, $1.75) in additional face value coupons to your order, thus making up for the processing fee with extra coupons. Your shopping cart will reflect the amount of face value coupons you have ordered to date, and how much you have left in your account. You may order all your coupons at once, or may break up your orders into as many separate orders as you prefer. This is an open-use reward.

Why Haven’t I Received My Grocery Dough Reward Code?
My Grocery Dough is simply an online reward redemption platform. Many businesses use our rewards as part of their sales process to reward their customers. Those businesses are the ones who call customers, sell things, promise rewards, charge customers, and are responsible to deliver the reward to you. My Grocery Dough never called you, never sold you anything, never promised you your reward, and never charged you. My Grocery Dough does not give out My Grocery Dough codes to customers. We just run the website that accepts the codes and processes your reward selection. So, if you have not received your original My Grocery Dough code (these codes begin with "NMR"), and feel you should have, please contact the individual or the organization that called you, and follow-up with them to make sure they send you your reward code, so that you can redeem it on the My Grocery Dough website.
How often are the Coupons on My Grocery Dough Updated?
Typically, it takes up to four hours for My Grocery Dough to put together your reward email and send it to you. If you completed your My Grocery Dough code redemption, and it has been more than four hours, please visit the My Grocery Dough homepage, and re-enter your code. This will allow you to have your reward email re-sent. If that still does not work, feel free to contact Customer Support, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Is There a Limit on the Total Number of Coupons I Can Order or Print?
No, the total number of coupons you can order and print is unlimited. So, you can order as many total coupons as you want. Some customers order just a few coupons each week. Others order hundreds. However, we do have some limits on the number of coupons of one type you can order or print. For our coupon clipping service, we have a limit of ten on the number of one type of coupon each customer can order. And, for our print your own coupons, some coupons have a limit to the same type of one coupon you can print as well.
Do I Have to Order Coupons All at Once?
No, this program is designed to be very easy and very user friendly. You have the option to order all your coupons at once, or you can come back to the website over and over again andbreak up your reward value into as many separate coupon orders as you prefer. Plus you can keep logging into to get instant access to the largest inventory of printable coupons on the web, and thousands of other great ways to save. This is an open-use reward, and we want you to get great value from it.
I am Having Problems Printing or Technical Issues With Downloads, Can Someone Help Me?
For the printable coupons and some of the other benefits featured on this website, you may need to download a component from the vendor. That process links and happens automatically, and you'd need to manage and trouble shoot that yourself, as those are third party resources that we do not control. Unfortunately, being a customer coupon savings company and not a computer help desk company, we cannot provide customer by customer IT support for each particular benefit. With thousands of customers and dozens of benefits, that would just be impossible. The programs and benefits are compatible with just about every computer configuration and option, so make sure you to pay careful attention to the prompts and instructions on the benefit, and try again.

The grocery coupons expire at all different times, based on the manufacturers who provide them. How Long Does it Take to Receive the Coupons My Grocery Dough Clips for Me?
Typically, it takes us about 24 hours to process, clip, and ship your order. From there, depending on where you’re located, your coupons should arrive in 4-6 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
What if the Coupons Arrive and Have Already Expired?
That should never happen. As you browse through the coupons, we tell you when each coupon expires so that you know before you complete your order and receive your coupons. If, for any reason, you receive a coupon that has already expired, we would be glad to replace it for you at no cost. Absolutely, you can redeem additional My Grocery Dough codes, and combine them into one account. To do so, you will first need to redeem each code you have separately. You can redeem your reward code on our Redemption Page, Once there all you need to do is complete the redemption process using the same email address you used when you registered your first reward code. Our system will automatically combine all your reward codes into one account, giving you easy access to all your rewards.
